Delete Your Account

You can delete your Rhemni account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way is from within Rhemni, on any device:

• Sign in to Rhemni (in the app, or at app.rhemni.com).
• Open Profile.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and its data are removed immediately when you confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account at [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. In the app you can, at any time, delete individual memorization passages, remove highlights from verses, and remove friends (which also removes the direct messages between you). Your account and everything else stay intact. To request removal of other specific data, email [email protected].

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile — name, email address, password, avatar, and bio.
• Your survey answers and companion settings.
• Your reading activity — plan position, completed chapters, highlights, and memorization passages.
• Your companion conversations and their history.
• Your friends, shared conversations, and direct messages.

What may be retained

If you have ever held a paid membership, limited billing records (such as invoices and transaction identifiers) may be retained by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as required by tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. These records contain no reading activity or companion conversations. All other data is deleted as described above.
